Dr. 安娜·蒙哥马利


Dr. 安娜·蒙哥马利 is the Executive Director of Northwest Green Chemistry (NGC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving human and environmental health through the application of green chemistry and engineering. Previously, she was a senior consultant, nonprofit leader in the arts, and small business owner. Well-versed in scientific research she has conducted diverse experiments in chemical alternatives assessment, 遗传生态学, 领导, 跨部门协作, and organizational behavior and development. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Colorado College and her master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC) Price. Anna earned her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC Rossier. Her dissertation research focused on nonprofit 领导 development through managerial coaching. In 2020, she was invited to participate in the Tulsa Remote program. She has a passion for learning, nature, community building, STEAM fields, and poetry.



Ivan is originally from Veracruz, Mexico. In 2000, he moved to Tulsa when he was fourteen years old with his parents. He attended Nathan Hale 高中. Ivan became involved as a community organizer and activist for Dream Act Oklahoma, a youth-led immigrant organization. In 2007, he was among the first in Oklahoma to openly come out as undocumented after graduating high school. This was the same year Oklahoma passed House Bill 1804 – the Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act – the strict law criminalizing and targeting immigrants. Among the various roles he holds, he is most honored to be a brother (to a THA student!), 一个儿子, 一个丈夫, and a proud Tulsa resident with the desire to help make our city better for all of us.

帕默约翰逊 is a business owner and attorney in Tulsa. He is a two time graduate of the University of Tulsa, completing both his undergraduate and law degrees with highest honors. He began his career practicing law where he worked at a large firm with a practice focused on adoption and family law. Despite enjoying the legal field, he decided to join the family business Johnson Floor & 2013年的家庭地毯一号. Palmer is well respected in the flooring covering industry and is frequently interviewed and quoted in industry trade journals. Having a strong connection to the Tulsa community is important to Palmer as evidenced by his service on several other nonprofit boards in the community.


Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair

She is responsible for increasing the impact of social and emotional learning as a citywide initiative. She believes in empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their quality of life and interactions with others. Jahaziel is an international student from Mexico. She serves as a board member for Tulsa Global Alliance, TYPROS基金会, the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice and is actively involved in community events throughout the year, especially those that involve Latin dancing. She holds degrees in international relations, global business, and (soon) educational psychology. Jahaziel joined the THA board because she believes in the power of education to disrupt inequity and move our community forward.



康纳佳 is an attorney with the Office of the Solicitor at the U.S. Department of the Interior specializing in Federal Indian and environmental law. Mr. Cleary has extensive non-profit board experience, most recently serving as President of the Board of Tulsa CARES, as well as serving on the boards of Youth Services of Tulsa, 奥克拉荷马州人平等, 以及塔尔萨辩论联盟.  Mr. Cleary graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010 and obtained his LL.M. in American Indian Law from the University of Tulsa. 他以最优等的成绩毕业, 美国大学优等生荣誉学会, from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and as an undergraduate, he won the college debate national championship.

She is a proud graduate of Leadership Tulsa’s Class 60 and the Hispanic Leadership Institute, and serves on several community boards and task forces. She attended the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) where she graduated with departmental honors in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies.



Kian爱神 serves as Chief of Economic Development for the City of Tulsa. In this role she is responsible for directly managing a team of eight staff who focus on managing and developing tools and programs crucial to successful economic development, and supporting existing industry and new business prospects seeking to invest in Tulsa. 除此之外, she is responsible for oversight of the Development Services Department, 塔尔萨停车权威, 和市区协调委员会. Mr. Smith previously chaired the Oklahoma Bar Association’s appellate practice committee and is an active member in the Council Oak/Johnson-Sontag American Inn of Court. Mr. Smith earned his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor, 以优异的成绩, from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991.
